Movement Labs has suspended co-founder Rushi Manche following a controversial market incident involving 66 million MOVE tokens. The tokens were abruptly dumped on the open market, triggering backlash over a misrepresented market-making deal with Rentech, a shell company linked to Web3Port.

A third-party review by Groom Lake is now underway to investigate governance failures and the circumstances surrounding the token dump. The incident has drawn sharp criticism from both internal stakeholders and the broader crypto community.
